First, chili in every form was Henriettas number one ingredient. Our grandmother Henry made every dish from scratch and we are proud to bring multiple generations of delicious made from scratch recipes to our dining room tables and yours! Hence our name, almost every recipe starts out with fresh, roasted, or dried chilies so that we can provide a delicious variety of homemade chilis and soups such as posole, green chili stew, and our signature red chili stacked enchiladas. We also serve our overnight marinated oven roasted carnitas, and many more dishes for your taste buds enjoyment. Our stacked enchiladas with signature red chili enchilada sauce and a variety of homemade meat and bean chilis from Colorado, New Mexico and Texas accompanied by freshly baked buttermilk jalapeno cornbread will be staples on our menu!
